There are Requirement by law that imposes obligations on each party to make a full and frank disclosure of all their assets. We will provide you with documents where you can list all your assets.

We will require a declaration from each party that they have honestly disclosed all of their assets. We may also ask parties to bring their legal representatives to Mediation, so that they know their legal position and can make, accept or decline offers knowing their legal rights. This allows parties to resolve their disputes quickly and it is the most cost effective way to resolve your property disputes.

We strongly urge you to seek independent legal advice. Also in order to make your agreements legally binding, you may need to retain a lawyer. You may use BINDING FINANCIAL AGREEMENT or apply to Court for Consent Orders. Either way we strongly encourage you to seek Independent legal advice.

OUR FEES:

Our fees for Property Mediations are scaled according to property pool.  For property pool under 1 Million dollars generally fees are $999 per party. This includes initial assessment and a 3 hour session.
