FDRP is strictly confidential, we do not disclose any information to anyone outside our organisation unless authorized by Law. We are also Mandatory reporters and hence we will report any admission by any party, which indicate a child has been harmed or is at risk of being harmed.

Our Confidentiality obligations are construed in Section 10H of the Family Law Act 1975.
