Family dispute resolution is a process (other than a judicial process) where a family dispute resolution practitioner helps people affected, or likely to be affected, by separation or divorce to resolve some or all of their disputes with each other; and in which the practitioner is independent of all of the parties involved in the process.
In order for us to provide our services we conduct comprehensive assessment with both parties. We conduct comprehensive assessment according to Family Law Regulations and there onwards we may assess the suitability and once we deem the matter to be suitable, we will notify each party and book a joint mediation session.
