Family Dispute Resolution process is strictly confidential, Communications made in Family Dispute Resolution process are confidential.  We do not disclose any information to anyone outside our organisation unless authorised by Law.

However, we are Mandatory Reporters under the law and we will report any admission by any party, which indicate a child has been harmed or is at risk of being harmed.

Our Confidentiality obligations are construed in Section 10H of the Family Law Act 1975.
