Prime Dispute Management was founded by Abdur Rehman. Our aim is to assist our clients in taking control of their matters. We understand that disputes arise but we are of the view that most disputes can be resolved and at best managed with minimal financial and emotional loss.

However, at times we will be unable to help parties and if it’s a Family Law matter we can issue parties with a Section 60I certificate, which will allow them to commence proceedings.

For Private and Civil matters, we can provide a Certificate of Attendance, which may be sufficient to show the Court that the parties have made genuine attempts to resolve their dispute. This may fulfil party’s obligation to make genuine attempt to resolve their dispute as stipulated by Law.

Our process is transparent, majority of our mediation involves each party being legally assisted. So each party is fully aware of their legal rights and obligations, it allows the parties to make proposals and with our help to develop alternative outcomes.

It is up to each party to reach a suitable resolution and we use our expertise to assist you in reaching a negotiated outcome.
